Job summary

Aspen Vacations is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor/Inspector to oversee daily operations and uphold luxury standards across our portfolio of properties in Aspen. You will inspect cleans, coach staff in real time, and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless, 5-star guest experience.

Requirements include 2+ years in housekeeping supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in housekeeping supervision, luxury vacation rentals, hotels, or resort settings.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Positive leadership approach with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping or property management systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping staff during daily operations, supporting efficient workflows and high-quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties after each cleaning to ensure cleanliness, proper staging, and readiness for guest arrivals.
  • Provide real-time feedback, coaching, and support to housekeeping staff to uphold Aspen Vacations' service standards.
  • Ensure all homes are stocked with required linens, amenities, and household items, reporting any shortages or damages.
  • Monitor cleaning timelines and assist with scheduling to meet tight turnover windows.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the housekeeping manager, operations team, and guest services to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues discovered during inspections.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new housekeeping team members.
  • Uphold and promote sanitation and safety protocols in all properties.
  • Support inventory checks for linens, amenities, and supplies; flag reorders as necessary.
  • Respond promptly to special cleaning requests, guest preferences, or unexpected turnover needs.
  • Help ensure office inventory is maintained at appropriate levels and that the office remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Stock and organize the inventory room as supplies arrive, ensuring accurate placement and accessibility.

POSITION SUMMARY

Aspen Vacations is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor / Inspector to help oversee daily operations and uphold our luxury standards across all properties. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys leading by example. You'll be responsible for inspecting cleans, coaching the housekeeping team in real time, and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and 5-star guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise housekeeping staff during daily operations, supporting efficient workflows and high-quality standards

Conduct thorough inspections of properties after each cleaning to ensure cleanliness, proper staging, and readiness for guest arrivals

Provide real-time feedback, coaching, and support to housekeeping staff to uphold Aspen Vacations' service standards

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation:

Hourly Range: $30 - $35 based on experience
