Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a punctual Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and inspect daily operations to ensure high cleanliness levels. You will support QA processes and safety standards while assisting resort leaders with staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.

The role requires a year of housekeeping experience and prefers supervisory and hospitality customer service background. This position offers benefits for associates working 30+ hours per week.

How You’ll Shine:

The Housekeeping Supervisor will direct and inspect work of Housekeepers and Houseman, ensuring that quality and cleanliness standards are being met. This role will ensure Quality Assurance (QA) process is met, resulting in appropriate cleanliness and quality levels; supports Loss Prevention and safety standards procedures. This role will support the Housekeeping and Resort Leaders to ensure proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.

What You’ll Bring:

One year related housekeeping experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. One year hospitality customer service experience preferred in discipline.
