Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital. The role is full-time, with afternoon/evening shifts and some weekends/holidays. Pay range listed is $22.26–$25.60 per hour.

You’ll supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate tasks, and ensure a safe, effective operation on client premises, with opportunities for training and advancement. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience and a preference for prior supervision.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activities under management direction for facilities operations across client locations.

What You’ll Do:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You may work in any type of facilities location on client premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
