Housekeeping Supervisor at Sodexo is responsible for on-site supervision and coordination of housekeeping staff across various facilities. The role requires directing 3–10 team members, ensuring timely shifts, and maintaining quality standards at client locations, including health care, schools, and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: THE HONICKMAN CENTER - 47463001

Workdays/shifts: Afternoon/evenings - varying days, and some weekends/holidays. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $25 - $25

What You’ll Do:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You may work in any type of facilities location on client premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
