Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group LLC is seeking motivated individuals for a Housekeeping Supervisor role to support housekeeping operations and ensure adherence to standards. The supervisor inspects work, resolves issues, and evaluates staff performance to drive service quality across properties.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, communication, and detail orientation, with the ability to manage time and coordinate duties, including weekends and holidays, to maintain exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ability to lead others.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Must be able to move luggage, packages or furniture weighing up to 30 lb.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
• Investigate complaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action.
• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities to determine the type of work required.
• Evaluate employee performance, and recommend promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Recommend changes that could improve service and increase operational efficiency.
• Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and discuss company policies.
• Monitor performance of yourself and others to improve operations.
• Understand implications of new information for current and future problem solving.
• Communicate information effectively to others.
• Other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by the manager.

The Housekeeping Supervisor will provide overall support to the operations of the housekeeping department. Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.

• Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
• Investigate complaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action.
