Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Supervisor

About Us

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and step into the Housekeeping Manager's shoes when needed.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervisory Skills: Manage daily operations, including inspections and reporting, to ensure standards and productivity levels are met.
2. Communication and Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants. Provide training and support to foster a positive work environment.
3. Safety and Compliance: Handle "Lost and Found" items with care and integrity. Maintain key control and ensure safety standards are met. Access to back-of-house areas and sensitive information, including master keys, guestrooms, storage, liquor room, and secured filing cabinets.
4. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
