In this role you will lead housekeeping operations, ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards, and support guest satisfaction through attentive service. You will manage a team, coordinate with other departments, and help drive productivity and quality while maintaining a welcoming guest environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent guest-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize surfaces.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and fulfill special housekeeping needs.
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs to appropriate hotel departments.
• Support team to meet productivity, quality, and guest-satisfaction goals.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play an important role in supporting hotel operations, delivering exceptional service, and helping our team achieve its operational and business goals.

Job Purpose

The Housekeeping position is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel and brand standards. This position supports a positive guest experience through attention to detail, efficiency, cleanliness, and responsive service.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and special housekeeping needs.
• Handle guest belongings and hotel property responsibly and according to company procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas in an organized condition.
• Follow proper chemical handling, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs to appropriate hotel departments.
• Support the team in meeting productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and courteous guest-service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work with cleaning chemicals and in varying temperatures as required.
