Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for UF HEALTH NORTH in Jacksonville. The role oversees overnight housekeeping operations on client premises, coordinating teams and ensuring quality of life improvements for facilities.

You will manage shifts, communicate with management, and adapt to changing priorities in a healthcare environment. We welcome team players with at least 1 year of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and able to foster a healthy and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision on site to coordinate activities of workers during facilities operations or services.
• Coordinate and support key functions between 3 and 10 employees during normal business operations.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and with regularity.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on client needs.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: UF HEALTH NORTH - 73122003

Workdays/shifts : Overnights - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour - $20 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You may work in any type of facilities location on client premises.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.

• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.

• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
