Job summary

The Westin Indianapolis, a property operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise a team, train staff, conduct inspections, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest expectations while maintaining inventory and staff schedules. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
