Housekeeping Supervisor SUMMARY

The Floor Supervisor in Housekeeping is responsible for supervision of the day-to-day functions of the department ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to the department’s requirements and standards. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Thoroughly inspect assigned areas in order to provide feedback to management and associates on the cleanliness and maintenance of those areas against standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length.
• Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
• Must be able to lift up to 15-40 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks.
• Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment.

The pay scale* for this position is $26.87 *The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
