Peachtree Group in Granbury, Texas seeks a versatile Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of Room Attendants and House Persons. This hands-on role steps in as Executive Housekeeper during absences and supports peak shifts, ensuring cleanliness, guest comfort and consistency of service across all areas.

You will train staff, inspect rooms, monitor stock, coordinate with Engineering, and perform frontline duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House Persons to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms.
• Verify and report room status and discrepancies.
• Monitor stockrooms, carts and inventories.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform Room Attendant or House Person duties as needed.
• Inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
• Operate cleaning equipment and move items as required.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.

• Ability to clean rooms, when needed
• Physically able to move and/or operate large objects, such as housekeeping carts, suite furniture, large bags of linen, vacuum cleans and boxes of inventory
• Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.

We are seeking a versatile Housekeeping Supervisor for a hands‑on leadership role that goes beyond the responsibilities of a traditional Housekeeping Inspector. This position will support the department wherever needed, stepping in as Executive Housekeeper during absences and assisting with Room Attendant shifts during peak periods. The ideal candidate will have the technical expertise to move seamlessly between these responsibilities, along with the emotional intelligence, professionalism, and adaptability to lead the Housekeeping team while earning trust as a collaborative, hands‑on team player.
