Sodexo in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee facilities operations on client premises. You will supervise on-site staff, coordinate activities among 3–10 employees, and ensure service quality during afternoon/evening shifts.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $22.26–$25.60, paid time off, benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.

Formación

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Team-oriented and reliable with a focus on safety.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
