Job summary

Vivo Healthcare is seeking a housekeeping supervisor at our West Orange location to oversee the environmental and laundry departments, ensuring regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing setting.

The role requires knowledge of operations in a skilled nursing facility, experience in floor care management, budgeting, infection control, staffing, and adherence to Quality Assurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating in a skilled nursing facility is required.
• Preferably LTC Skilled nursing experience.
• Oversee environmental and laundry department to ensure regulatory and licensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental and laundry operations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure staffing levels and labor controls are appropriate for the department.
• Manage budgeting for the housekeeping/Laundry department and monitor expenses.
• Apply infection control practices within the department and coordinate QA initiatives.
