Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Day Shift in Duluth, MN. You will oversee a team of housekeepers to keep our community clean and comfortable for residents.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Edgewood, you’ll work alongside a team of housekeepers to ensure our community is clean and comfortable for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the building including resident rooms and common areas
• Launder resident clothing and linens
• Coordinate the work of housekeepers
• Train housekeeping staff
• Observe and report any potential safety hazards and adhere to safety guidelines and OSHA standards
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior housekeeping experience
• Passion and drive for helping others
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
