Weekend work is required. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and teamwork within a hospitality setting.

Qualifikationen

• Assist the Operations Manager oversee daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, quality, and brand standards are met.
• Manage staffing levels, daily room assignments, and team productivity.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance regarding room status, priorities, and repair needs.
• Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Report maintenance, safety, or supply needs to hotel leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe housekeeping work environment.
• Lead by example and promote a positive, respectful team culture.

We are hiring a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager oversee daily housekeeping operations, perform hotel room inspections, manage and support housekeeping team members, and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas. This position plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining brand and safety standards.

Working the weekends is mandatory with this position.
