Maine Course Hospitality Group (MCHG) is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager oversee daily housekeeping operations, perform room inspections, manage and support housekeeping team members, and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas. This role delivers an outstanding guest experience and maintains brand standards.

The supervisor will lead staff, coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance, train teams, and ensure safety

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members.
• Inspect rooms and areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Manage staffing levels, daily room assignments, and team productivity.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance regarding room status and repairs.
• Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
• Report maintenance, safety, or supply needs to hotel leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe housekeeping work environment.
• Lead by example and promote a positive, respectful team culture.
