Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping staff and ensure clean, orderly guestrooms and public areas. The role emphasizes supervision, training, and adherence to standards, with a starting pay of $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ability to exercise judgment and implement control over the performance of others.
• Ability to communicate effectively to associates, bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of assigned housekeeping associates to ensure job duties are completed.
• Inspect and evaluate work performance to ensure standards and Covid-19 protocols are in place.
• Train associates regarding job duties and quality standards.
• Ensure that all designated guestrooms receive service.
• Complete needed reports as assigned/needed.

POSITION PURPOSE: Supports management by supervising the work activities of Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure clean, orderly, safe, and attractive guestrooms, public and back-of-house areas.

Pay Starts at $25.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
