Your day-to-day will include hiring, staff training, and creating schedules to ensure consistent cleaning standards and efficient operations across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in housekeeping leadership or supervisor roles.
• Experience cleaning and maintenance services for companies preferred.
• Able to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely.
• Strong management and planning abilities.
• Ability to create and manage staff schedules.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring company cleaning standards are consistently met
• Assisting as needed in cleaning according to company standards
• Assisting with deep cleanings, as necessary
• Organizing and maintaining the stock of supplies and laundry
• Reporting maintenance issues to the maintenance department and/or management
