Saber Healthcare Group in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. You will clean resident rooms, empty trash, and support daily facility operations under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or enrollment, some infection control experience preferred, and shifts Monday–Friday 9:30a–7:00p with every other weekend. Wage $15.00–$16.00 per hour, on-site teamwork, and comprehensive benefits. Equal opportunity employer.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas, provide efficient laundry delivery services, and assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents under the direction of the supervisor. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

• Must have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

• Previous infection control experience preferred.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday, 9:30a - 7:00p

  • Includes Every Other Weekend

• Wage: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, Based on Experience
