Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour

Description

Housekeeping Staff - Full time and part‑time positions available in a long‑term care nursing facility.

Shifts: Day and evening shifts, alternating weekends and holidays.

Key Duties

• Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
• Dispose of trash, bi‑hazard waste, and other materials.
• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Process linen for the facility and personal resident clothing.
• Operate commercial washers and dryers.
• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Operate extractor, auto‑scraper, high‑speed buffer, shop vac, side‑to‑side buffer, vacuum, and steam machines.
• Perform other job‑related duties as they may become required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1‑year experience in long‑term care, hospital, or healthcare settings preferred.
