Confidence Management Systems is seeking Housekeeping Staff for both full-time and part-time positions in a long-term care nursing facility located in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility and perform various cleaning duties in resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour

Description

Housekeeping Staff - Full time and part‑time positions available in a long‑term care nursing facility.

Shifts: Day and evening shifts, alternating weekends and holidays.

Key Duties

• Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
• Dispose of trash, bi‑hazard waste, and other materials.
• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Process linen for the facility and personal resident clothing.
• Operate commercial washers and dryers.
• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Operate extractor, auto‑scraper, high‑speed buffer, shop vac, side‑to‑side buffer, vacuum, and steam machines.
• Perform other job‑related duties as they may become required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1‑year experience in long‑term care, hospital, or healthcare settings preferred.
