Job summary

Liberty Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lynchburg, VA, is seeking a housekeeping teammate to clean resident rooms and support laundry services in a clean, safe environment.

You will follow health and infection control policies and work under the supervisor to maintain a home-like atmosphere for residents. Shifts are 7:00a–3:00p, full-time, four days a week, with every other weekend, at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and interior/exterior community areas.
• Provide efficient laundry delivery services.
• Maintain a positive physical environment under supervision and follow health and infection control policies.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas, provide efficient laundry delivery services, and assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents under the direction of the supervisor. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.
