Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Johnstown, PA is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in a skilled nursing facility.

You will clean resident rooms and common areas, handle efficient laundry delivery, and support infection-control practices under supervision. Prior experience preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required; GED guidance available. Evening opportunities may be available depending on building needs.

• GED guidance and resources available to help you earn your GED.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to clean resident rooms and other interior/exterior community areas, provide efficient laundry delivery services, and assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for the residents under the direction of the supervisor. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Housekeeping Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
• Must have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Shift and Wage

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 6:00a - 2:00p
• Wage: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
