Job summary

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is seeking Housekeeping Staff for a long term care facility in Hillsborough, NJ. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitation throughout the facility, waste disposal, cleaning resident rooms and public areas, laundry processing, and floor care. A HS diploma or GED is required, with healthcare experience preferred. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Housekeeping Staff for long term care nursing facility in Hillsborough, NJ.

Housekeeping Staff Key Duties

As the Housekeeper!

• Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
• Dispose of trash, bio-hazard waste, and other materials
• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

As the Laundry Staff!

• Process the linen for the facility and personal residents clothing.
• Operates commercial washers and dryers.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

As the Floor Tech!

• Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
• Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Housekeeping Staff Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.
