Job summary

Companion Health Services LLC is seeking dedicated housekeeping staff to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable facility. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, disinfect high-touch areas, and follow established protocols to ensure resident and staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and reporting maintenance needs. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a healthcare-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus but not required.
• Basic understanding of infection control protocols.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other public areas.
• Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning products and equipment.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
