Triad Service Solutions is seeking a Housekeeping Shift Lead (Retail/Mall) in Cincinnati, OH. This role leads daily janitorial operations, coordinates with the housekeeping manager, and ensures high-quality cleaning across facilities.

The position supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with multiple shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Strong attendance and dependability are essential, and bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 months in cleaning/janitorial services.
• Minimum of 6 months in a leadership position.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage the performance and completion of projects, supervising day-to-day activities to ensure tasks are completed as required, inventory of janitorial supplies, and communication with the housekeeping manager.
• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors; spot clean rugs and upholstery; dust furniture and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing the performance and completion of projects, supervising day-to-day activities to ensure all tasks are completed as required, inventory of janitorial supplies, maintaining consistent and professional communication with all team members including the housekeeping manager, working with the housekeeping manager to address performance issues with employees, training new and current employees, as well as performing general cleaning duties indicated below:
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
• Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor
• Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
• Dusts furniture and equipment
• Polishes metalwork
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills
• Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area
• Replenishes bathroom supplies
• Delivers messages
• Transports small equipment or tools
• Sets up tables and chairs in meeting rooms, auditorium or hall
• Other duties may be assigned
