Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Branson, MO is hiring a Housekeeping Runner. You will support the housekeeping team by delivering and retrieving guest amenities, linens, and equipment, while maintaining organized storage and assisting in bed making.

Strong communication, reliability, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather are essential, along with a valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Respond to HotSOS service orders promptly and meet Westgate response standards.
• Deliver linens, cribs, highchairs, shower benches, and other guest amenities with a smile.
• Pick up used items and return them for proper sanitation.
• Keep closets, storage rooms, and equipment areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist with bed making when delivering linens.
• Protect and effectively manage all assigned equipment, keys, carts, and devices.
• Report any damaged items right away through HotSOS or to your supervisor.
• Follow all safety guidelines to keep yourself and your teammates safe.
• Jump in to help other team members or departments when needed.
• Represent Westgate proudly through professionalism, appearance, and positive energy.
