Job summary

Best Western Crater Lake Highway is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented housekeeper to ensure our hotel rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will perform duties such as making beds, cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining common areas to guest-ready condition.

Experience is preferred but not required. Weekend work is common, and bonuses and team events are part of our upbeat workplace culture. Compensation ranges hourly from $15.50 to $16.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer general questions from guests.
• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed.
• Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival.
• Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.
• Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed.

Do you love transforming spaces into spotlessly clean sanctuaries? We’re hiring a professional housekeeper to help us ensure our hotel guests have a wonderful stay with us. You’ll perform basic cleaning duties like making beds, washing sheets, mopping, dusting, and ironing; you’ll also restock supplies and make sure restrooms and common areas are clean and orderly. Job seekers should be personable, organized, and enjoy working on a team. Experience preferred but NOT REQUIRED. Weekends and Holidays required. Start time 10 AM every day. We have LOTS of bonuses. We do fun events for all the team members. We celebrate birthdays too! Compensation: $15.50 – $16.50 hourly
