ZMC Hotels is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Associate to clean guest rooms after check-out and refresh rooms during stays. You will replenish supplies, handle linen changes, and maintain spotless bathrooms and guest areas.

The role offers a friendly team, flexible full- and part-time schedules, opportunities for growth, and a focus on guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills and customer oriented.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Effective communication with guests, management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products.
• Clean guest laundry, tables, mop floors as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Report lost and found items to the appropriate office/department.
• Work in a team environment and support all team members to ensure a great guest stay.

Job Summary

Cleaning guest rooms after check out and refreshing rooms during stays. Replenishing supplies in guest rooms, changing linens, vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom and guest room area. This position allows you to work solo or with a small group of awesome individuals while still being a part of a bigger team.

Responsibilities

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products
• Clean guest laundry washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms as needed such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.

• Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/ department.
• Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests.
