The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel in Oklahoma City, OK. You will transform each guest room into a sparkling oasis, maintaining high cleanliness standards and guest comfort.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms including baths, toilets, sinks, and surfaces to ensure spotless, inviting spaces.
• Make beds, change linens, and maintain neat, organized guest areas.
• Report maintenance issues and restock supplies to uphold service standards.
• Provide friendly guest service and respond to basic requests with professionalism.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Guest Room Attendant, you will be working with our housekeeping team to transform every guest room into a sparkling oasis, were luxury meets spotless perfection. Some daily tasks this position includes are cleaning and sanitize bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms overhead, bending, and stooping. Stripping and making beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.
