Patton Building Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Evening Custodian for Upper St. Clair, PA.

The role runs Sunday to Wednesday, 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, totaling 28 hours per week, with Thursdays through Saturdays off. You will keep the facility sparkling, perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitization, and ensure safety. Requirements include a valid driver's license or reliable vehicle, ability to pass background checks, and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license and/or reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Ability to obtain a Child Abuse clearance (we pay for this!).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keep it Sparkling: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and removing trash.
• Sanitization: Cleaning and replenishing supplies in restrooms.
• Safety First: Policing the site for spills/debris and ensuring the building remains secure.
• Professionalism: Maintain a positive, professional presence when interacting with staff or clients.
