Patton Building Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Part-Time Evening Janitor in Parkersburg, WV. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 pm to 2:00 am, offering $12.00 per hour for 40 hours per week, with a team that values careful cleaning and safety.

You will perform floor care, sanitation, waste removal, surface cleaning, and general maintenance to keep facilities clean and welcoming. No prior janitorial experience is required, though a strong work ethic and dependable transportation are

Competenze

Hardworking, detail-oriented, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to handle the physical demands of regular cleaning tasks.
Reliable transportation to and from the worksites in Parkersburg.
Must have reliable vehicle, Valid driver's license and valid vehicle insurance.

Mansioni

Floor care: Sweep, mop hard surface floors, and vacuum carpeted areas daily.
Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms to ensure high hygiene standards.
Waste removal: Empty trash receptacles and replace can liners across the facility.
Surface cleaning: Dust fixtures and furniture, and clean glass and windows as needed.
General maintenance: Perform basic janitorial tasks to keep the building safe, clean, and well-maintained.
