Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Houseperson to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. You will clean and maintain public areas, assist in guest room tasks, and support housekeeping operations to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school education and one year of housekeeping experience, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• At least 1 year housekeeping experience.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc.
• Strip guest rooms of linen and trash when necessary.
• Clean bathrooms, dust furniture and pictures, vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Empty carts of soiled linen and dispose of trash.
• Remove spots, insects and debris, polish fixtures and clean ashtrays.
• Deliver items to rooms upon request and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
