Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Houseperson to support the housekeeping team at our resort. You will prepare units for cleaning, handle linen duties, stock and organize storage areas, and deliver amenities to guest units while upholding safety standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, communicating effectively with guests and team members, maintaining a professional appearance and a can-do attitude, and adhering to OSHA/GHS regulations as part of our safety program.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication with employees, guests and owners.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for cleaning upon guest departure.
• Deliver linen, paper products and amenities to guest units.
• Strip and make beds; assist with cleaning as needed.
• Remove trash from units and floors.
• Coordinate and create linen and amenities bags; organize department storage areas.
• Receive, sort, fold and collect soiled linen; maintain stock levels.
• Deliver requested items to guest units (irons, coffee, paper products, kitchen utensils).
