Job summary

CRMG, a commercial and residential management group, seeks a detail-oriented Housekeeping Porter to clean, pick up, and keep Vibrant Apartments & Magnolia looking beautiful. The role splits time between both properties each week and supports the Property Manager and Maintenance Team.

This full-time position offers an $22.00–$25.00 hourly rate, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours weekly, plus a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement, with benefits eligibility after 30 days.

Job description

CRMG, a commercial and residential management group, is looking for a Housekeeping Porter with amazing attention to detail and a team player attitude to clean, pick up, and otherwise keep things looking beautiful at Vibrant Apartments & Magnolia, splitting time between both properties each week.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the property such as common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds as directed by the Property Manager and the Maintenance Team.

Location: Vibrant Apartment and Magnolia Apartments

Hourly Rate: $22.00- $25.00/hr

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs

Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

What you will bring as the Housekeeping Porter (Job Responsibilities):

• Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties.
• Must be motivated, and efficient, and can follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team.
• The ability to read, write, and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Laws, and Fair Housing Laws, and refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
