Job summary

HHS is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Worldmark, The Club Seventh Mountain Resort in Bend, OR. You will oversee a goal-oriented housekeeping team, focusing on morale, quality, and guest satisfaction, with a willingness to learn and lead by example.

No prior housekeeping experience is required, but a proactive, professional leader who can train, schedule, and coach is desired. You’ll work a flexible schedule in a resort setting and report to the director of housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hospitality management or relevant experience.
  • High school diploma/GED required; craft apprenticeship or equivalent in hospitality preferred.
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise housekeeping team to maintain clean, comfortable guest environments.
  • Provide training, coaching, and scheduling for team members.
  • Inspect daily operations and enforce quality, budget, and compliance goals.
  • Recruit staff aligned with company values and promote retention.

This position will assist with leading a goal-oriented resort housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a clean and comfortable environment for guests to enjoy their well-earned vacation.
