Qualifications

• The role requires continuous movement, regular bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 55 pounds without assistance; ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Ensure clean guest rooms and public areas.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry and Maintenance departments.
• Assign work and communicate changes in assignments.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach staff; monitor service quality.
• Address guest problems and respond to complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
