Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Leadership experience in a similar role; hotel experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations to meet brand standards.
• Train and develop housekeeping and laundry staff on standards and safety.
• Inspect rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness.
• Manage department budgets, labor, supplies, and inventory.
• Control costs related to labor and equipment.
• Recruit and retain a best-in-class housekeeping team and supervise staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training.
• Ensure staff have supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in staff meetings and project execution.
• Maintain compliance with policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
