This full-time role leads housekeeping operations across suites and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and high standards while managing staff and scheduling tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of three (2) years in Housekeeping management position.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedules room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Inspects suites and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
• Performs housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, cleaning.
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms.
• Counsels Housekeepers on discrepancies and provides feedback.
• Notifies GM/Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs.
• Hires, coaches and disciplines direct reports.
• Performs other duties to meet business objectives.
