Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of all areas of the facility
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and report any areas of concern to administration
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance needs
• Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate records and reports of cleaning schedules, inventory, and employee performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
