Job summary

Bedrock Healthcare in Wisconsin is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

You will supervise staff, assign tasks, train personnel, and ensure schedules are followed while maintaining sanitary practices and proper storage of equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation practices relating to food handling.
• Ability to positively interact with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and follow written and oral directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day housekeeping functions of assigned personnel.

• Ensure that equipment is cleaned and properly stored at the end of the shift.
• Scheduling work assignments, preparing cleaning schedules, etc. Revise as necessary.
• Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.

Summary
