Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to develop and execute housekeeping solutions in overnight-stay facilities, ensuring cleanliness and appearance meet client and Aramark standards.

You will lead a team, ensure safety and sanitation compliance, mentor staff, and coordinate resources to meet client needs. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1–3 years in related work, plus 0–2 years in management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience and 0-2 years’ experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Determine the needs of the clients' operation and ensures that Aramark resources are engaged.
• Mentor employees by creating a shared understanding about goals and how to achieve them.

• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client's regulations.
