The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in housekeeping management within luxury hotels, with solid operational experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in housekeeping management in a luxury 5-star hotel.
• Strong operational experience with housekeeping procedures and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and presentation; ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
• Maintain luxury 5-star cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Train, motivate, and supervise housekeeping staff; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop cleaning schedules and quality control measures for consistent service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies; control costs.
• Ensure safety, security, and hygiene compliance; produce performance reports.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and provide guidance to staff.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify any maintenance or cleanliness issues and take corrective action as necessary. Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient resolution of any issues. Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies and equipment to maintain adequate stock levels while controlling costs. Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and hygiene regulations and protocols to provide a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff. Prepare and analyze housekeeping reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
