Job summary

The Blossoms at Eureka Springs Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a Housekeeping Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility to lead daily operations of housekeeping and laundry in accordance with policy and regulations.

You will oversee staff, schedules, budgets, and maintain records of personnel, supplies, and equipment while ensuring safety and quality standards for residents and staff. Full-time employees receive PTO and comprehensive health benefits.

Summary of Work: Responsible for the daily operations of housekeeping and laundry departments according to facility policy and procedures and federal/state regulations. Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that safety standards and client expectations are satisfactorily met.
