Charter Senior Living of Verona, WI is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeping & Maintenance Assistant to keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming. The role supports light maintenance, laundry, and environmental services while contributing to a positive resident experience.

You will work with a team to follow schedules, report safety concerns, assist with transportation as needed, and help create a home-like environment.

Competenze

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, environmental services, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming resident rooms and common areas.
• Assisting with general housekeeping and laundry responsibilities.
• Helping with light maintenance, upkeep, and general environmental services.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assisting with transportation and other community needs as assigned.
• Working as part of a team to maintain a safe, well‑maintained environment for our residents.
