Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping supervisory role.
• Ability to manage shifts and assign staff appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to meet unit standards.
• Train staff and inspect performance.
• Ensure guests receive optimum service and address concerns.
• Maintain staff schedules and assignment sheets.
• Monitor equipment and ensure cleanliness standards.
