Location is Allied Skilled Nursing and Rehab, 303 Smallacombe Drive, Scranton, PA 18501. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends; online applications accepted. Prior housekeeping experience preferred and pay is fixed at $14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff to ensure procedures meet unit standards.
• Trains and inspects performance of assigned staff.
• Ensures quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintains staff schedules and assigns shifts.
• Manages keys, radios and beepers and ensures security of equipment.
• Inspects cleaning areas and equipment for proper supplies and cleanliness.
• Coordinates staff breaks and distributes assignment sheets.
• Assists staff to uphold highest cleanliness and service standards.
• Participates in staff training and team initiatives.
