Blue Flame Management is seeking a Housekeeping Lead in Fort Wayne, IN to oversee room cleaning and shift assignments across three hotels: Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites North.

Responsibilities include supervising attendants, inspecting rooms and public areas for quality, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. Weekend availability is preferred to support peak periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned rooms.
• Assign rooms to be cleaned to room attendants by shift, including finalizing daily paperwork by shift end.
• Inspect all rooms and common areas daily to ensure quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operation of the department and work activities of assigned personnel.
• Assist with inventory.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards.

Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites North (a dual property location).

As a Housekeeping Lead at the hotels, your general responsibilities will be to clean assigned rooms, assign rooms to be cleaned to room attendants by shift, including finalizing daily paperwork byshift end, inspect all rooms and common areas each day to ensure quality standards are met, supervise the day-to-day operation of the department and work activities of assigned personnel, assist with inventory, and maintain compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards. It is preferred that you have a high school diploma, some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques, the ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations, the ability to make fast and sound decisions, have the desire to reach perfection, the ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence and memos, a be available to work weekends.
