You will hire, train, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, schedule shifts, manage supplies within budget, and ensure infection control standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or laundry services, healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong supervisory or leadership experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping and laundry staff; hire, train, supervise, and evaluate.
• Create department schedules aligned with census and labor budgets.
• Order and manage supply levels while maintaining budget controls.
• Perform and oversee cleaning duties including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfecting.
• Conduct routine inspections for sanitation and infection control compliance.
• Provide instruction on safe and effective cleaning and laundry procedures.
• Support daily operations: ensure linen delivery and organized supply rooms.
