Job summary

Robertsdale Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Robertsdale, AL is seeking a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring the facility is clean, safe, sanitary and comfortable for residents.

The role requires supervisory experience, effective written and verbal communication, English proficiency and a positive, respectful attitude toward the elderly.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years of age and a High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Training in environmental control and operation of laundry equipment practices and procedures.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly with respect for resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an adequate supply of laundry and linens to meet residents' needs.

Robertsdale Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Robertsdale, AL is seeking a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. Must ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, sanitary and comfortable manner and to ensure that an adequate supply of laundry and linens are on hand at all times to meet the needs of our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age, High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a Supervisory capacity
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Must speak and understand English
• Training in environmental control and operation of laundry equipment practices and procedures
• Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly, maintain resident confidentiality, treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect
