Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Degree is preferred when applicable.
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services to residents to support comfort and independence.
• Contribute to strengthening facility culture by focusing on resident-centered care and quality of life.
